Warehouse Showroom 601 N 21st Ave Hollywood, Florida

Bruce Gottlieb and a group of investors recently designed and built a new structure on the North Dixie Highway Corridor near the site of the original FEC Railroad Station (the one that was demolished years ago). The group wanted a building with the old Hollywood, Florida look and that's exactly what they achieved. The single-story structure was completed in mid-December of last year. It sports a barrel tile roof, several beautiful decorative lanterns and matching towers at each end. An earth tone paint palette compliments the oversized French-style green tinted windows on both towers. The grounds were landscaped with coco plum, palm trees and other native plants and shrubs. The parking lot conveniently makes visiting the new tenants very practical.
